These important communications typically predate publication in peer-reviewed medical journals by two to three years. As a result, the content of meeting papers or posters is frequently the focus of online inquiries. Unfortunately, finding answers can be difficult. Which databases offer the most timely and substantive information regarding individual presentations at scientific meetings? This session compares and contrasts health science conference coverage and search features provided in both fee-based, online databases and relevant, free Web resources.
