This transparent process of presenting and evaluating
individual priorities can quickly educate a team, department, or
work group about what personnel do and how each person's work supports
the priorities of the plan. It can also help create a realistic
model for where resources need to be allocated. Reverse strategic
planning can evaluate the success of an existing plan or create
a quick-and-clean plan during times of change. Learn if your library
or institution is a candidate for the process and how to apply the
methods and principles.
