with copyright law, including fair use, library special rights,
and first sale doctrine. Investigate copyright and electronic resources,
the TEACH Act, new federal library laws, and laws governing license
agreements. Analyze electronic subscriptions and ways to effectively
evaluate your licenses. Examine license-agreement language and the
standards of model licenses.
