Each academy membership category has specific requirements for the types and number of points for continuing education and individual accomplishments that must be completed.

The letters and numbers refer to corresponding sections on LEDGER Form (PDF or RTF). The complete Point Index is also available as a PDF file. Accomplishments that are considered job requirements are not eligible for points.
